Last night the Cancer Foundation Auction was held in Santa Fe.  Luckily, it was a balmy 30 degrees when I drove to the event, instead of the -18 degrees it had been on Thursday morning!  That was the day that I walked into the house after attending a morning meeting, to find that my frozen kitchen sink faucet had thawed. But when I walked into the living room, there was a sound like a faucet turned on full blast from the corner of the room where there is no faucet!
